Runescape is a massive multiplayer online fantasy role-playing game (MMORPG) released in January 2001 by Andrew Gower and Paul. The game has about 10 million active accounts, and more than 130 million registered accounts, [3] and is recognized by Guinness World Records as the most popular free MMORPG in the world. [4]
